Your first master
The first-customer offer covers one stereo hybrid analogue master for US$149, with WAV and MP3 delivery and two revision rounds. Mixing, stem work, production and rebuilding are separate services. One offer per new customer; bundle discounts do not apply.
Source review and timing
We review your source and agree the scope and delivery schedule before studio processing starts. Let us know about a fixed release deadline before paying. Turnaround depends on the source, project scope and studio availability; we do not promise a fixed turnaround on this page.
If the source is unsuitable
If we cannot master the supplied source to the agreed scope, we will discuss the options before processing. If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund your mastering payment in full. Any further production or mixing needs a separate quote and agreement.
Cancellations
Contact the studio through the contact form as soon as possible. If work has not started, you may cancel and receive a full refund. If work has started, we will explain what has been completed and discuss any refund for the unperformed portion. This does not limit any remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.
Revisions
Two revision rounds are included within the agreed mastering brief. Please consolidate your feedback for each round. A new mix, arrangement change, additional production or a substantially different brief may require a new quote; we will agree that before doing additional paid work.
Your rights and music
You must have permission to submit the music. These terms do not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Streaming performance and audience growth are not guaranteed by mastering.
Payment and files
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Stripe may offer a local-currency total, which you should review before paying. Your bank may apply its own charges. The studio receives your files through private uploads or a sharing link you provide. Upload access lasts 30 days after payment; this is not a promise that files are automatically deleted on day 30. Contact the studio for an access or deletion request.
