Your project

We use your enquiry and booking details, audio and references to respond to you and fulfil your project. Customer uploads are kept in private studio storage. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Access to your upload link expires after 30 days; files are not automatically deleted at that point. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we need to retain.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, demo plays, A/B switches, offer clicks, checkout starts and verified purchases when you choose Allow analytics. This choice is separate from Google Ads and Meta consent. Existing advertising consent does not authorise analytics. No analytics is installed on enquiry forms, private uploads or sandbox pages. Standard traffic and device information and cookie identifiers may be processed by Google overseas. We do not send names, email addresses, audio, filenames, project notes or private booking links.

You can change these choices using Advertising privacy choices on public pages. Declining optional measurement does not affect listening, booking or uploads.

Optional advertising measurement

You can allow Google Ads, Meta and ChatGPT advertising measurement, allow Google only, or decline. A previous Google/Meta choice does not authorise ChatGPT measurement; a new explicit choice is required. Declining does not prevent booking or uploads. A previous Google-only choice does not authorise Meta. Change your choice using Advertising privacy choices on the homepage or booking pages.

With your permission, these providers receive visit/event information, device and cookie identifiers and, after a verified paid booking, the booking value, currency and an opaque transaction identifier. They may process this information overseas under their own privacy policies. We do not intentionally send them your email, name, project notes, filenames, audio or private booking links. We do not install the Meta or ChatGPT advertising pixels on the enquiry form or private upload workspace. ChatGPT measurement uses its OpenAI Pixel to capture an eligible ad click identifier and measure public-page visits, checkout starts and verified purchases. Purchase amounts use the actual USD payment value, and a stable opaque event identifier limits duplicates. The OpenAI Pixel is restricted to public pages without customer contact fields, and we do not manually pass customer identifiers. Purchases are measured on a separate confirmation page after the studio verifies payment.

Browser restrictions, blocking tools, declining consent or not returning after payment can prevent measurement. A queued tracking event does not guarantee that the provider records or attributes it.
